What to expect during the maintenance window
- The Ingenio application will be inaccessible for the duration of the window.
- Users attempting to sign in will be greeted by a maintenance banner and will not be able to log in until the upgrade is complete.
- All data remains secure; no customer action is required to preserve information.
What you need to do
No action is required on your part. Your account, data, and configurations will be preserved. Once the maintenance window ends, you will be able to log in as usual.
We recommend sharing this notice with colleagues on your team who use Ingenio so they can plan their work around the downtime.
