User account setup

Ingenio accounts are created via invitation from an existing user. The invitation to join a firm or as a entity/stakeholder user is sent via email.

 

Email Invitation

When users are added in the platform, an email invite is sent.

 

Users need to click the Get Started to register in the application.

Check the inbox of the email to which the invitation was sent (if you can't find it check your junk email).

 

Register your user account

1. Confirm your professional email.

• Should be auto-filled from the invite that was sent.

2. Choose a strong password containing at least eight characters, a number, an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a special character:

• Example: Lawyer@123

3. Confirm your password.

4. Read and confirm that you agree to the Terms and Conditions.

5. Click SIGN UP to proceed to the next steps of signing up for your account.

Sign up and complete your profile

1. Fill in and confirm all your personal information.

2. Click Save and continue to proceed to the application.

What happens if my invite expires?

1. If you already have an account you can click Login

2. Alternatively, if you haven’t set up your account and your invitation has expired, get in touch with our team by clicking Contact Us or by submitting a ticket here
