When the transaction is submitted to the responsible lawyer for approval, an in-app notification will be received and the transaction will appear in the Dashboard under the Review & Approvals tab with a Require Approval status.
The lawyer can review the documents by clicking the transaction to expand the document list and clicking the document name to preview the generated document.
At this stage, the lawyer can do the following actions:
- Approve - If the transaction documents is valid and correct, the lawyer will approve the transaction to be sent to the Document Signing stage (not yet sent for signature).
- Reject - If the transaction is invalid or incorrect, the lawyer can reject the transaction. The transaction will be sent back to the author for revision or archiving the draft transaction.
- Download all documents - Download all the documents generated at this stage.
- Edit Transaction - This will allow the lawyers to make changes on the input fields of the transaction, once done the transaction is automatically sent to the Document Signing stage (not yet sent for signature).
- Archive Transaction - This will discard the transaction and will be archived.
