When the transaction is approved by the responsible lawyer, the transaction will move to the Document Signing tab, this is the stage where the transaction author (and the responsible lawyer) can initiate the action (Send for E-signing) to send the documents to all signatories for signature.
At this stage, the responsible lawyer and the transaction author can do the following actions:
- Send for E-signing - This will send the transaction documents to all signatories.
- Download all documents - Download all the documents generated at this stage.
- Edit Transaction - This will allow the transaction author or lawyers to make changes on the input fields of the transaction.
- Archive Transaction - This will discard the transaction and will be archived.
To send the approved transaction for E-signing:
1. Click the Actions button
2. From the list, click Send for E-signing
3. The documents will be sent to the signatories listed in the transaction.
4. Once all signatures are completed, the transaction will automatically move to the Filing & Completion tab. If there are cases that the signatory will not be able to sign the documents online, a manual solution is provided to upload a wet signature document.
When the transaction is sent for E-sign, the following actions can be applied:
To resend the documents for E-sign:
1. Click the Actions button
2. From the list, click Resend for E-signing
3. The documents will be sent to the signatories that has not signed the document.
4. Once all signatures are completed, the transaction will automatically move to the Filing & Completion tab.
To check who are the signing authorities of the transaction:
1. Expand the transaction entry from the list by clicking the transaction.
2. Under the status column, click the Pending Signature (0/1).
3. A pop-up will appear showing a list of signatories required for the selected document.
