Getting started with your Dashboard

Ingenio Dashboard

When you logged in the Ingenio application, you will land on the dashboard area where most of important actions or tasks needed are residing. Let us walk you through on the dashboard.

Review & Approvals

This tab is where responsible lawyers can review, approve and reject all transactions for an entity before the documents are sent to clients for signature. Depending on their role and the status of the transaction, users can also edit and archive transactions in this section.

Document Signing

The document signing tab houses all transactions that were initially reviewed and approved by a responsible lawyer. It is also where firm users can send the approved documents to stakeholders for signature.

Filing & Completion

This section is where all signed documents reside, at this stage is where a firm user can complete the transaction by uploading proof of filing. Firm users can also download all the signed documents, edit and archive the transaction.
