Overview

Ingenio is a Canadian SaaS company focused on providing advanced software solutions that allow corporate law firms to be more productive, more accountable, and more profitable. As a company created by legal professionals for legal professionals, our software will transform the way corporate records governance is managed at the firm level.

Purpose

This 2.7 release includes three projects: Pomegranate, Quince and Elephant Seal.

1. Pomegranate Features

  • Allow the adding of Entity Users to the Ingenio Application (For Firm users and the Entity Admin)

  • Create the Entity Member relationship when Entity Users accept their invite

  • Create Association relationships for Entity users between Entities and Firms

  • Check Affiliation relationships for Entity users on Transactions

  • Add the Access Control for Entity users

2. Quince Features

  • Data Dependency Features

    • Fetching Data from Entity Repository and Display in the Form Builder

    • IF-THEN-ELSE Logic

    • Number of Share Calculation in Share Transactions

    • Component Data Synchronization

    • Data Duplication

    • Same Input Data Checking for one Data Field

  • New Customized Form Builder Components

    • Customized “CheckBox Group + Input Box” Component

    • Customized “Radio Buttons Group + Input Box” Component

    • Upload PDF document and store in VMB

    • Grid system in the components

    • Add Section Component

  • Existing Component Improvements

    • Set Share Transferor or Share Transferee as “Treasury“ by default for specific Share Subtypes

    • Repetitive Items - Add Dictionary Data Structure to support Appending Feature

    • Repetitive Items - Migration of the Data - Directors

    • Repetitive Items - Disable the editing to some data field

    • Remove Trash Can Icon beside an existing item when displaying the whole array

    • Contact Search - Allow the User to select one Address among all possible addresses in a Radio button format

    • DatePicker - MMDD Format DatePicker

    • DatePicker - add “Max Date“ or “Min Date“ Validation feature

    • Input Number - Displaying Number Format

    • Add customLogic Feature to Contact Search Component

3. Elephant Seal Features

  • Backend support of New Transaction Document Generation

    • Define Schema Document Template Syntax (Include Template Coding Manual)

    • System Variable Preparation for Alberta / Federal / Ontario

    • Document Templates Coding for Alberta/Federal/Ontario

    • Variable Value Replacement in Document Template & Convert XML Word Documents to PDF Format

  • Document Templates Validation Checking (Put in Developer Tab)
