Overview

Ingenio is a Canadian SaaS company focused on providing advanced software solutions that allow corporate law firms to be more productive, more accountable, and more profitable. As a company created by legal professionals for legal professionals, our software will transform the way corporate records governance is managed at the firm level.

Purpose

This 2.14 release includes three projects: Clownfish, Nemo, Unicorn fish, Yellowfin, Ambition and Queen Conch Project.

1. Clownfish Features

Create "Firm Account" Tab: creating a new Firm user account tab that will hold all of the Firm’s management actions related to users, settings and billing.
Create "Ingenio Account" Tab.
Create "ACCOUNT" tab on Entity Page: Add Users Table to separate legal data from User access.
Improvements to Signup(mainly password and security related)

2. Nemo Features

Proof of Concept of Web-filing process in Alberta CORES System.
Tested CORES Incorporation Filing Form.

3. Unicorn fish Features

Implement a series of changes focused on improving error handling within the Ingenio application

4. Yellowfin Features

Introduces a suite of new End to End tests designed to replace existing regression testing done by the QA team.
The suite of tests is based on the list of tests under the regression category in Test-Rail and discussions with the QA team.

5. Ambition Features

Automatically send invoices
Invoice payment statuses
Inactive Entity logic
Create products automatically
Track all premium transactions
Invoice improvements

6. Queen Conch Features

Indexing & Mapping merge
