Overview

Ingenio is a Canadian SaaS company focused on providing advanced software solutions that allow corporate law firms to be more productive, more accountable, and more profitable. As a company created by legal professionals for legal professionals, our software will transform the way corporate records governance is managed at the firm level.

Purpose

This 2.8 release includes four projects: Starfruit, Zucchini, Xarello and Dolphin.

1. Starfruit Features

• Relationship improvements (20 tickets)

• Entity Management (3 tickets)

• Firm Relationships Display (2 tickets)

• Beneficial Ownership relationship (3 tickets)

• Decouple Damson Services (2 tickets)

2. Zucchini Features

• Data Model Definition and Data Model Update Log Writing

  • Build the fundamental entity repository data structure

  • Build a set of data schemas for backend data type validation

  • Update all document templates using the updated data_IDs

  • Update form builder outputs according to transaction data schemas

  • Update entity profile page and review entity page based on data model

  • Update New Transaction workflow to make it compatible for the data model

• Data Driven Development Tool

  • Eliminate the complexity of schema writing

  • Rewrite all Form Builder View Schemas using DDD Tool

• Cache Server

  • Set up a middle layer for data storage before the commit to entity repository

• Automatic Data Migration
