Overview

Ingenio is a Canadian SaaS company focused on providing advanced software solutions that allow corporate law firms to be more productive, more accountable, and more profitable. As a company created by legal professionals for legal professionals, our software will transform the way corporate records governance is managed at the firm level.

Purpose

This 3.0 release includes Smile and Tenacity Projects.

2. Tenacity Features

• Apply new UI design for Precedents menu
  • Set up four tabs: FORMS, INGENIO PRECEDENTS, FIRM PRECEDENTS, FIRM USER PRECEDENTS
  • Add "Updated By" column in all tabs: display the User’s name who did the last modification
  • Add "Status" column with the following options
  • Action button Options extension:
• Precedents menu function extension for Ingenio Admin
  • Firm Precedents table:
  • Allow Ingenio User provide firm level template coding service
  • Add "Firm User Precedents" tab
    • Allow Ingenio User to add/edit/download/remove firm user’s precedent templates

    • Allow Ingenio User provide firm user level template coding service

    • Group template under Firm User’s name in the table by default

    • Allow firm filter and firm user filter

• Set up Precedents menu for Firm Admin
  • Display "+ Coding Request" button to the top right corner, out of the tab, when the Firm admin select Firm Precedents and Firm User Precedents tabs.
