Overview

Ingenio is a Canadian SaaS company focused on providing advanced software solutions that allow corporate law firms to be more productive, more accountable, and more profitable. As a company created by legal professionals for legal professionals, our software will transform the way corporate records governance is managed at the firm level.

Purpose

This 2.13 release includes three projects: Oscar, Rohu, Plankton and Kraken Project.

1. Oscar Features

• "Returns" Tab in Navigation Bar

  • Create a "Returns" Menu in Navigation Bar and Create "Current" and "All" Tabs inside

  • Create Entity Annual Return Table in both Tabs:

  • Monitor Home Jurisdiction and Extra-Provincial Annual Returns (AB, CA, ON)

• Ingenio Admin Settings Tab with Annual Return Filing Date Settings

• New transaction workflow improvements

  • Signing Authorities Selection & In-template Displaying Improvements

  • Template Coding Improvements

  • Update mandatory fields settings for attention contact creation during Onboarding

  • Add File link for Share Transfer Restriction and Business Restriction fields in Charter Tab of Entity Profile Page

  • Update Schemas & Remove Continue Organization checkboxes in two scenarios

2. Rohu Features

• Add Data Creation & Modification Tools & Make Output Consistent with Existing Test Methods

• Add Final CI Workflows

• Update Existing Tests

3. Plankton Features

• Fixed security vulnerabilities

4. Kraken Features

• implement overall improvements in the application with focus in the api’s.
