Overview

Ingenio is a Canadian SaaS company focused on providing advanced software solutions that allow corporate law firms to be more productive, more accountable, and more profitable. As a company created by legal professionals for legal professionals, our software will transform the way corporate records governance is managed at the firm level.

Purpose

This 2.15 release includes three projects: Violet Damselfish, Livingstoni, Notch and Beneficial Projects.

1. Violet Damselfish Features

• New Transaction Workflow Improvements

  • Keep Transaction Subtype Names Consistent

  • Document Signing Process Improvements

  • Synchronize updated Contact Information into Contact Card during New Transaction Workflow

  • Add "Regenerate Document" button for transaction whose status is Document Generation Failed

  • UI Improvements for New Transaction Workflow

  • Keep the documents in an on-going new transaction expand

2. Livingstoni Features

• Enhanced filtering and sorting to get the best matching results in entire data sets instead of just filtering on data already loaded on UI

• Enabled the last page feature

• Increased number of rows that can be toggled and viewed on each page in the table with pagination support

5. Obtain

• Create a basic integration that:

  • Set a billing date in Cacheflow for Accounts ( Ingenio Firm)

  • Create products (Entity subscriptions, premium Transactions) in Cacheflow

  • Send usage data from Ingenio to Cacheflow

  • Generate invoices for each Account on the billing date and send it to the Account billing contact

  • Track payment statuses in Cacheflow and notification
