Overview

Ingenio is a Canadian SaaS company focused on providing advanced software solutions that allow corporate law firms to be more productive, more accountable, and more profitable. As a company created by legal professionals for legal professionals, our software will transform the way corporate records governance is managed at the firm level.

Purpose

This 2.12 release includes three projects: Lemon, Indigo Hamlet, Megalodon and Billing Project.

1. Lemon Features

  • Transaction Document Templates Management Interface (under Precedents Tab)
