Overview

Ingenio is a Canadian SaaS company focused on providing advanced software solutions that allow corporate law firms to be more productive, more accountable, and more profitable. As a company created by legal professionals for legal professionals, our software will transform the way corporate records governance is managed at the firm level.

Purpose

This 2.9 release includes three projects: Watermelon, Angelfish and Barracuda.

1. Watermelon Features

• New Transaction Workflow Related Improvements (16 Items)

  • Set up a separate Name Reservation Report Flow

  • Showing Non-missing Inputs on Missing Data Modal

  • Display Generating Document Transactions in Dashboard

  • Document Preview and Download Features Improvements in New Transaction Workflow

  • Signing Authorities Modal Improvements

  • Add Affiliation Relationship Description for single Signing Authority in Signing Authority Selection Dropdown

  • New UI design for Create New Transaction Modal

  • Adding Confirmation Popup in New Transaction Workflow

  • Adding Toast Messages in New Transaction Workflow

  • Pass Same Data to Next Screen during New Transaction Workflow

  • Display Message to User during NUANS Downloading Processing (Inform the User what is happening)

  • Add NUANS Reserved Name Input Box on Nuans Information Modal

  • Replace the original pdf document(Signing Required) with the signed version from both cases (Consigno and Uploading signed document directly)
